2. Account Registration & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Unity Carrier shall not
be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
3. Know Your Customer (KYC)
Unity Carrier may require identity verification, business documents, traffic description, and
compliance information at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in
suspension.
4. Acceptable Use
Users shall not use the services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful activities,
including scams, robocalls, spoofing, harassment, or privacy violations.
5. Prohibited Traffic
High-risk traffic including scam calls, phishing, IRS/SSA fraud, OTP abuse, fake support calls, or
unauthorized bulk dialing is strictly prohibited.
6. USA Compliance (FRN, RMD, STIR/SHAKEN)
For U.S. traffic, users must maintain valid FCC FRN, Robocall Mitigation Database registration, and
comply with STIR/SHAKEN obligations. Non-compliance may result in immediate blocking.
7. A2P, OTP & Automated Calling
Automated, A2P, OTP, or call-center traffic must have lawful purpose and user consent and must
be disclosed in advance. Unity Carrier may throttle or block traffic generating complaints.
8. Monitoring & EnforcementUnity Carrier may monitor traffic, quality metrics, complaint ratios, and usage patterns to protect the
network and ensure compliance.
9. Payments, Billing & Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Unity Carrier may modify pricing
or billing methods at any time.
10. Suspension & Termination
Unity Carrier may suspend or terminate accounts or services without notice for violations,
non-payment, fraud detection, or regulatory complaints.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, logos, and materials are the property of Unity Carrier and may not
be used without prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Services
Unity Carrier is not responsible for third-party carriers, platforms, internet providers, or upstream
network failures.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
